Is it possible to change the color of the edit point handles?

I use a lot of black in my designs, so I frequently have trouble finding the little circles and square to click and drag to edit my curves. I end up having to hide elements so I can see the handles, but this gets tedious, switching back and forth. Is there any way to toggle between black and white or set a custom color for these?

Not currently.  Just set your graphic to gray for now and you should be able to see the edit points.  When you are ready to stitch out set it back to black.
