Hi,
I have been using the trial version of EmbroideryWare.  I just purchased the purchased version and the license code you sent me does not work.

Hi Jack,
To use the purchased version license code you need to install the purchased version of the program. Uninstall the trial version and install the purchased version. Then install the code. If you already installed the code and you need to reinstall it you can by selecting “help-about”.
