If I buy the software for how long will I get updates?
After this time will I need to buy again at the full price to get updates and new features?

You can download updates for one year. After that you will need to purchase an upgrade license. I think you will find that this is standard practice for the software industry. The program is only 7 months old so the upgrade strategy has not been firmed up yet.
