I’ve tried watching all of your videos thoroughly, but I may have missed something. How can I control stitch density? Also, what about push and pull compensation?

Stitch density is controlled in different ways for different stitch types. For runs it is the “length” parameter under “stitches” . For satins the “satinspacing” under “satin”. for fills it is “Spacing” under “fill”.
All the settings are defaulted to values that work well.
As far as pull compensation is concerned you need to do that yourself by making your object bigger or smaller in the direction you want the compensation.
