I am considering getting a surface pro. I assume EmbroideryWare would run on it since it runs full windows. Do you think the pen would work for the freeform digitizing like you did with your wacom tablet?

I have both the Wacom intuos tablet and the surface pro. The surface pro is the main reason I added the tablet tool bar in the latest version.
The surface pro is great because you can see what you are doing rather than hand eye coordination. I was able to digitized a lot of letters using the surface pro…. that’s why I have so many new ones in the store :).
The pen will work for the freeform digitizing. I need to add more freeform settings. Like removing small stitches and stuff like that.
I got the base model of the surface pro from Costco and is works great with EmbroideryWare.
