Is it possible to set a point in EmbroideryWare, that gives the embroidery machine the instruction to make a pause to cut the thread and the start embroidering again?

Unforunately the DST format only supports color change commands. So you would need to change the color of your of your next graphic to stop the machine. Some machines will automatically cut the thread at a color change. So if you machine does that you can set that feature to on.
If you don’t want to change the color of your graphic you could instead change the “applique” type which does the same thing.
